As in Shetlands/american minitures ect? Yep! As long as its entered in a appropriate class (E.G its quiet unlikely for a shetland to be jumping 1.20-140m show jump courses) and is under 14.3hh any pony can enter! 
Silly question, but how do I pre register for POYS 2015 dressage? 
Send us a note with the form in this journal here HARPG Pony Of The Year Show 2015 (its the second bullet point) and then we'll give you a starting number in a few days. We're still in the process of uploading journals ect (im aiming to get them all up monday, ive had such a busy week its ridiculous XD) so once they're all up we'll put the entry journal up with your starting number
